Karthyic Subramanian

Karthyic Subramanian is currently an advisor at OxyLoans. Karthyic has over fifteen years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining OxyLoans, they worked at HSBC as a senior associate vice president of investments and wealth management from March 2008 to October 2012. Karthyic was also with Cholamandalam DBS Finance LTD from April 2007 to February 2008 as a cluster head, and with Centurion Bank of Punjab from October 2005 to April 2007 as a branch head. In their previous role as a manager of customer relations at ICICI Bank, they were responsible for the bank's customer service standards and motivating, driving, and leading a team of relationship managers and customer service representatives.

Karthic Subramanian has a background in economics, earning their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Madras. Karthyic then pursued their MBA in finance and systems from Madurai Kamaraj University. To further their skills in management, Karthic completed an executive program in management with a focus in organizational leadership, finance, and strategy from Columbia Business School. Karthyic also has a certification in engaging humor from Toastmasters International and a certification in independent director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
