Sreedhar Reddy

Sreedhar Reddy is the current Advisor at OxyLoans. Sreedhar has extensive experience in IT management, having worked as the IT Director at Sorouh Real Estate from 2006 to 2013. During their time at Sorouh, Sreedhar was responsible for the acquisition and delivery of applications and systems, establishing a robust and secure IT infrastructure, managing support services, and ensuring the high availability and continuity of IT services. Sreedhar also played a key role in developing the IT organisation and ensuring that IT was an enabler for the business.

During their time at Sorouh, Sreedhar successfully delivered a number of key IT projects, including the development of a 3-year IT Strategic Plan (2010-2012), the design and establishment of two IT Data centres (primary and secondary) according to international standards, the implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12, and the implementation of a state-of-the-art DR solution for the organisation.

Sreedhar's work has been recognised with a number of awards, including the CIO 20 Award in 2009 for ERP Implementation, the CIO 20 Award in 2010 for IT Disaster Recovery Solution, the ICT Award for 2010 for Business Intelligence Solution, and the ICT Achievement Award for Integrated Business Portals.

Sreedhar Reddy completed their M.Sc in Geographic Information Science from City, University of London. Sreedhar then went on to earn their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Bachelor of Technology from Sri Venkateswara University. Sreedhar is also certified from LinkedIn in 2-Minute Tips for Senior Leaders.
