Philippe Martineau Cpa

Philippe Martineau, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Directeur finances et administration at OxyNov since October 2020, where responsibilities include the production and analysis of financial statements, coordination of annual audits, treasury management, and financing relations with financial institutions and investors. Previously, Philippe held the position of Contrôleur financier at Premier Aviation Québec from May 2018 to October 2020, overseeing a three-person accounting team and managing financial reporting and government relations. Prior experience includes serving as Contrôleur at Plastique Art from November 2012 to May 2018, focusing on financial analysis and project management, and working as a Comptable for Cirque du Soleil from April 2010 to October 2012, where budget forecasting and cost reporting were key responsibilities. Philippe holds a CPA, CMA designation obtained during studies at PLS from 2010 to 2012, and also possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
