Yuriy Blotskyy

Yuriy Blotskyy is an experienced professional in the digital marketing and communications sector, currently serving as a Partner at OY Hospitality and Owner of Blotskyy | Digital Mind. Yuriy previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at PAPA Dubai and was a Co-Founder at Prodigi Studio. As a trainer, Yuriy has conducted educational programs on digital communications and social media for various organizations, including the International Republican Institute and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. With a strong background in managing digital agencies, Yuriy has also served as Managing Partner at Sigma Digital Ukraine and CEO at Advance Digital Ukraine, where strategic development and digital ecosystem management were key responsibilities. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Political Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
