Olivia M. is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnership management and business development. Currently serving as Partnership Manager and Special Project Manager at OY! Indonesia since December 2020, Olivia previously held multiple roles at Gojek from May 2016 to November 2020, including Partner Relations & Rewards Excellence Manager and Business Development of New Product. Notably, Olivia played a key role in launching Gojek's first loyalty program, GoPoints, and has significantly contributed to the growth of MSME partners within the organization. Prior to Gojek, Olivia was part of the Banking Associate Program at PermataBank, focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science with a major in Marketing Communication from Universitas Padjadjaran, earned in 2015.
