Manish Nayar

Manish Nayar is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Founder of OYA Ventures and Executive Chairman of OYA Solar Inc since their inception in 2009, Nayar has played a pivotal role in these companies' growth. Nayar also serves on the Strategic Advisory Council at Hennessy Capital LLC since 2021 and was a Board Member at STACK! from 2016 to 2020. Prior to these entrepreneurial ventures, Nayar worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Merrill Lynch and held the position of CEO at Judricks Enterprises Ltd from 2001 to 2006. In terms of education, Nayar holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MBA in Finance from London Business School, as well as a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics and a B.E.Sc in Computer Engineering from Western University.
