BalaChandiran P has extensive experience in revenue management and operations within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Area Revenue Head at OYO since October 2019, responsibilities include overseeing over 70 business partners in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, ensuring end-to-end business management. Previously, as Engineering Services Manager, BalaChandiran managed safety and maintenance for more than 100 hotels and homes. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Executive at CBRE, focusing on security and management across multiple corporate sites, and an early career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at ABIRAMI PRECISION WORKS, where rapid promotion to Shift In Charge was achieved. BalaChandiran holds an MBA in Operations Management from Anna University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Valliammai Engineering College.
