Kavikrut

Kavikrut is the Chief Growth Officer at OYO. Kavikrut was previously with Amazon as an Operations Manager and has also founded two companies - Piramal eSwasthya and Mobile Medics Healthcare.

Kavikrut has a degree in MBA from Arizona State University and has experience in leading high-scale fulfillment operations, managing 400+ associates and meeting customer experience fulfillment metrics for online orders.

Kavikrut started their career with Amazon as an Operations MBA Intern in summer 2012 at a fulfillment center in Phoenix AZ working on inventory capacity enhancement projects. Kavikrut then went on to launch and lead Outbound operations at the Bangalore center before moving to Gurgaon.

In October 2007, Kavikrut joined Piramal Group as the Founding Manager & Interim CEO of Piramal eSwasthya. Kavikrut then went on to co-found Mobile Medics Healthcare in July 2006, where they served as the COO.

Kavikrut's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Mumbai. Kavikrut then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. After working in the financial industry for a few years, they decided to return to school to earn their M.Sc. in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani.

They work with Zhu Lei - Chief Revenue Officer, Ankit Tandon - Global Chief Business Officer & CEO, SEAME, and Dinesh Ramamurthi - Chief Human Resource Officer. Kavikrut reports to Ritesh Agarwal, Founder & Group CEO.
