Monika Maroria currently serves as the Global Payroll Head at Multiplier since July 2023, overseeing payroll operations across 20+ countries in APAC, EMEA, and NAMER regions. Previously, Monika worked as the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll & India Compliance at OYO, where responsibilities included establishing a Global Payroll function in India and enhancing operational processes. Monika's career includes managerial roles at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, PeopleStrong HR Services, Aon Hewitt, Perfect Accounting & Shared Services Pvt Ltd, Cyber Sys Infotech, and Minerva Telelinks, where expertise in payroll management, compliance, HR processes, and data analysis was developed. Monika holds an MBA from Symbiosis with a focus on Human Resource management.
