Payal Shiwanekar is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead & HRBP at OYO since January 2022, with a focus on international and Proptech frontier initiatives. Key responsibilities include enhancing recruitment strategies for a global platform that empowers entrepreneurs and small businesses in the hospitality sector. Prior to OYO, Payal worked at Zycus as a Talent Acquisition specialist and held similar roles at Angel Broking and Carnival Group, where responsibilities included end-to-end hiring processes and onboarding management. Payal's early experience includes internships at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris and Leighton Asia. Academically, Payal holds a Master's degree in Management and a Diploma in Labour Law, with a strong foundation in commerce from M.L. Dahanukar College.
