Starting as a trainee, before becoming a manager, then setting up divisions, hiring and training recruiters, rolling out a bespoke training academy and mentoring junior staff to management and director roles. Now a shareholder and running Oyster from an operational and strategic standpoint, Sasza knows every role in the business.
