Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson is currently serving as Eye Care Territory Manager for Oyster Point Pharma since March 2022. Prior experience includes an Account Manager role at ABB OPTICAL GROUP, where responsibilities involved developing relationships with Independent Eye Care professionals and manufacturer representatives. Previously, Heather spent over nine years at Quest Diagnostics, progressing from Internal Account Representative to Physician Account Executive, focusing on relationship building with community-based physicians and managing a substantial client base. Additional experience includes positions as a Sales Specialist at REI, Patient Navigator for 9Health Fair, and Sales Consultant for K. Hovnanian® Homes. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Howard Community College, along with over 300 hours of professional development.
