Rebecca Dobby is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Oyster Property Group since April 2024. Previously, Rebecca was a Partner at Knowhow Limited NZ, providing HR and ER advisory services to over 200 clients. With a robust background in human resources, including roles as Head of Human Resources at Samsung Electronics New Zealand and Senior People Experience Project and Systems Manager at AA New Zealand, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in managing HR systems, project implementation, and employee relations. Additional experience includes strategic HR roles at Ticketek, The University of Auckland, Fletcher Building, and HCL Technologies, alongside educational qualifications in Business and Psychology from Massey University and a Certificate in Recruitment from Montash University.
