Chris Dn is a Partner at Oyster Ventures. Prior to Oyster Ventures, Chris was the COO at Relatus from April 2020 to May 2021. We generate introductions, create new connections, and develop trusted relationships built on relevance with those you know, and those you need to know.

Before Relatus, Chris was an Investor and Head of Operations at Valia Ventures from April 2020 to September 2020. Valia is a global venture capital firm with offices in New York, San Francisco, and across the GCC. We invest from seed stage to growth in enterprise and consumer companies.

Prior to Valia Ventures, Chris was a Principal at GoingVC Partners from December 2019 to November 2020. At GoingVC Partners, Chris managed a team of 9 investors through screening/due diligence and was a key player in the fund's capital raising efforts (governance, process, fund set up, and establishing the fund’s scout program).

Before GoingVC Partners, Chris was the Manager of Financial Systems at Sequoia Capital from November 2015 to August 2019. And before Sequoia Capital, Chris was an Alternative Investment Business Consultant at BlackRock from August 2014 to October 2015.

Chris Dn has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Concordia University in Finance. Chris has certification from Stanford University in Early Stage Investing and from Wall Street Prep in Excel Certification (Financial and Valuation Modeling).
