Eleonora Guagnino

Eleonora Guagnino currently serves as Sr. Director of Onboarding Success & Community and has held multiple leadership roles at Oyster® since October 2022, including Sr. Director of Hire and Customer Success and Director of Customer Experience, Hiring Success. Concurrently, Eleonora is a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, engaged in mentoring emerging Customer Success Leaders. Previous experience includes significant positions at LinkedIn, Teamwork, Asana, Indeed.com, Veritas Technologies LLC, Websense, and CommVault, where Eleonora demonstrated expertise in customer success, sales enablement, and team management across global markets. Eleonora's educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Management & Planning from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the European School of Economics. Currently, Eleonora is pursuing an Inner MBA as part of the September 2022 cohort.
