Erin McGarry

Erin McGarry is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and education development. Currently serving as Senior Knowledge Manager for Global Operations and Product at Oyster® since March 2022, Erin previously led knowledge management initiatives at Vistaprint from June 2012 to March 2022, where key contributions included authoring communication for agents and customers, establishing knowledge standards, and refining self-service content.
