Fábio Santos is a skilled Senior Product Designer at Oyster® since October 2022, focusing on enabling global hiring and promoting equality in the workplace. Previously, Fábio served as Lead Designer at Namecheap, Inc. for over five years, where leadership of the Design System team ensured consistency and efficiency across the organization. Fábio's design expertise is further evidenced through roles as UI & UX Designer for various companies, including a significant redesign for the Fuze platform and leading core projects at Ubiwhere. Fábio's background includes a Master’s degree in Multimedia Communication and a Bachelor’s in New Communication Technologies from Universidade de Aveiro.
