Karita Kasurinen

Karita Kasurinen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Offboarding Operations at Oyster®, a distributed talent enablement platform. Prior roles include Senior Customer Support Lead and Customer Success Lead at Oyster®, as well as Head of Customer Success at Iris.ai and Customer Success Manager at Valossa, where expertise in managing customer relationships and enhancing user experiences was developed. Karita has also contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a Facilitator and Lead Organizer for Startup Weekend in Oulu, and as a project manager in several initiatives promoting entrepreneurship and international education. Karita holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu and has pursued further education at institutions such as Helsinki Design School and Lakehead University.
