Matteo Bordin is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in managing product and design teams across global organizations. Currently serving as VP of Product at Oyster®, Matteo oversees a team of over 50 individuals, driving initiatives to foster equitable hiring practices worldwide. Previous roles include Senior Product Director and Product Director at Oyster®, where significant achievements included achieving 10x year-on-year business growth and launching new revenue streams. Matteo's background also includes positions at UKG, Criteo, and AdaCore, where successful product launches and strategic initiatives contributed to substantial revenue growth and increased market adoption. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Padova and participation in the Ignite Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
