Philip Requadt serves as the Manager of Integrated Operations at Oyu Tolgoi LLC since July 2011, focusing on transformative change within the organization through a strategic 5-year program that integrates people, processes, and technology. Previously, as the Manager of Mine Coordination & Control, Philip led the development of a Management Operating System that enhanced operational efficiency for underground mining and construction. Earlier roles included Superintendent of Shaft Operations & UG Logistics and various positions at Rio Tinto and MISOM Technologies, emphasizing expertise in underground development and mining consultancy. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Arizona.
