Galina Rogova

Galina Rogova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and portfolio management, currently serving as the Head of Growth Portfolio at OZ Minerals since 2022. Prior roles include Head of Strategy, Planning and Partnerships and Manager of Portfolio Strategy and Development at BHP from 2017 to 2022, as well as various managerial positions in investor relations, strategy, and M&A at Rio Tinto from 2010 to 2016. Galina also contributed as a Board Director for the International Professional Women's Society from 2015 to 2016, focusing on corporate sponsorships and fundraising. Earlier in her career, Galina worked at Deutsche Bank in M&A and capital markets advisory for the natural resources sector. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, MSc degrees from Cass Business School and BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
