Harvey Bekkedam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing test engineering and operational management. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Test Equipment Group at OZ Optics Ltd. since January 2020, Bekkedam has previously held significant roles at Armstrong Monitoring Corporation as a Technical Consultant, Mitel as Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Test Engineering and Component Engineering, and Lenovo as a Technical Project Manager. Bekkedam’s career began at Brock Telecom Ltd, following the acquisition of AEL Microtel, where Bekkedam advanced from a Junior Test Engineer to a Senior Test Engineer. With a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from St. Lawrence College, Bekkedam has consistently contributed to process improvements and successful product introductions across various organizations.
