Currently serving as a Fiber Optics Technologist and LDG Technician at OZ Optics Ltd. since May 2016, Jose has previously held key roles such as Engineering Manager at APINDESA and Solution Manager/Project Manager at Huawei Telecommunications El Salvador. With a career spanning over three decades, notable positions include Field Operations Manager and Planning and Engineering Manager at Milicom International Cellular, where significant contributions to the telecommunications infrastructure in El Salvador were made. Jose's expertise encompasses design and implementation of complex telecommunications solutions, management of resources for customer satisfaction, and leadership in electromagnetic spectrum management at ANTEL El Salvador.
