Birol ÖZCAN

Birol Özcan began their work experience in 2014 at Aktif Bank as a Card Operation Specialist, remaining in that role until 2018. In 2018, they joined iPara as an Operational Specialist and later became a Fraud, Chargeback, and Operation Specialist before leaving in 2020. In 2020, Özcan joined PeP as a Fraud Prevention & Operation Assistant Manager, then moved up to the role of Fraud Prevention & Operation Manager until 2023. Özcan's current position is Operations Manager at Ozan, starting in February 2023.
