Claudia Davidson

Claudia Davidson currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ozark Bank, a position held since December 2022. With a strong background in human resources, Claudia previously held the role of HR Director at Prairie Lakes Church from September 2008 to May 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions while supporting the expansion of the church. Prior experience also includes HR Director at Catholic Social Services in West Michigan from April 2004 to May 2008, managing HR activities for a team of 150 across five locations. Claudia's career began at Dura Automotive, where roles included Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Manager between 1995 and 2001. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University, obtained in 1995.
