Ryan Carmean

Ryan Carmean is currently the Director of Construction and OSP Engineering at Ozark Fiber since January 2023. Prior to his current position, Ryan worked as the Vice President at ADB Companies, Inc. from March 2018 to January 2023, and as a Project Manager at Ervin Cable Construction LLC from June 2005 to February 2018. In his roles, Ryan oversees staff, prepares work schedules, assigns duties, reviews financial statements and performance data to measure productivity, and identifies areas for cost reduction and program improvement.
