Hal L. Higdon

Hal Higdon is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in administrative leadership, currently serving as Chancellor at Ozarks Technical Community College since July 2006. Prior to this role, Hal held the position of Vice President for Administration at MGCCC from 1993 to 2006 and served as Director of Human Resources at Faulkner State Community College from March 1991 to July 1993. Hal holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and a Master’s degree in Education Administration, both from The University of Southern Mississippi, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
