Tricia Clark

Tricia Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Parttime Faculty at Ozarks Technical Community College since April 2018, Tricia designs and delivers training programs focused on leadership and effective communication. Tricia held the position of Operations Vice President at Ensight Solutions, LLC from June 2018 to August 2024, following a significant tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company from 1993 to 2016, where roles included Operations Plant Manager and Associate Director Customer Development for Walmart/Sam's Club. Tricia achieved notable accomplishments in productivity and safety improvements, operational efficiencies, and successful implementations of Lean processes and TPM initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from Drury University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Missouri State University.
