Cheryl Dezotti

Cheryl Dezotti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and education. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Ozcare since May 2020, Cheryl also holds the position of Manager in Clinical Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Prior to this, Cheryl worked as a Quality Compliance and Wound Education Consultant for Wound Education Solutions from August 2019 to May 2020. As a co-founder and director of the Nursing CPD Institute and the Nurses for Nurses Network from 2005 to August 2019, Cheryl contributed to providing an online education platform for nurses in Australia. Cheryl also co-founded Health Services Evolution Consultancy Practice, offering consultancy services to the aged care industry. Previous roles include Regional Quality Manager and Facility Manager at Blue Care, and Assistant Director of Nursing at Friendly Society Private Hospital. Cheryl holds a Master's Degree in Quality Improvement in Health Care from the University of Newcastle, is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian Association for Quality in Health Care, and possesses qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety and Training and Assessment.
