Dale Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in child protection and public administration. Currently serving as a Director at OzChild since August 2021, Dale also owns Photo Rangers, a venture focused on adventure-based photography workshops and eco-photography. Previous roles include Manager of Placement and Support Services and Area Manager of Child Protection at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, from March 2012 to August 2021, as well as Manager of Intercountry Adoptions and Refugee Minors at the Victorian Department of Human Services. Dale holds an Executive Master's in Public Administration from the Australia and New Zealand School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
