Helen Maxwell-Wright AM FAICD is an independent Non-Executive Director and advisory board member actively engaged in the health and welfare sectors. Currently, they serve as President of OzChild, supporting vulnerable children and families, while also holding roles with Medicines Australia, Firefly Health, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Previously, Helen was the Managing Director at the International Diabetes Institute and the General Manager at McCann Health Australia. They founded Maxwell-Wright Associates, which provides consulting services in health and welfare, and have held various leadership positions within board committees. Helen is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where they obtained their GAICD and became a Fellow.
