MingYao Ding

MingYao Ding has a diverse work experience in the ANSYS industry. They started their career in 2005 as a Support Engineer at ANSYS, Inc. and later progressed to roles such as Application Engineer, Senior Applications Engineer, and Lead Application Engineer. In these positions, they provided pre-sales support, training, and customer support for various ANSYS products. In 2018, MingYao Ding founded Singularity Engineering LLC, an ANSYS channel partner serving Northern California, where they served as the CEO until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Principal/VP Engineering at Ozen Engineering, Inc., where they continue to contribute their expertise as an ANSYS Channel Partner.

MingYao Ding pursued higher education with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering Science - Aero from the University of Toronto, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies, where they completed a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Aerospace Engineering - CFD from 2003 to 2005.
