Chad M. Smits

Chad M. Smits has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chad M. began their career as a Laborer at Sid's Greenhouse & Garden Center in 1991 and later joined Ozinga Bros., Inc. as a Dispatcher/Dispatch Manager in 1992. Within this role, they managed a team of union employees and handled customer service and recruitment responsibilities.

In 2005, Chad worked as a Computer Assistant at the National High School Rodeo Finals, providing freelance computer services. Chad M. then ventured into entrepreneurship in 2000 by establishing Smits Photography & Design, a home-based photography business. As the owner and photographer, they covered various styles of photography and focused on delivering excellent results.

Chad's passion for ministry led him to found the Living Well Cowboy Church in 2008, where they coordinated and produced church services at team roping events. Chad M. also served as a Secretariat Member at Abundant Life Tres Dias, an interdenominational Christian renewal movement, from 2008 to 2013.

From 2009 to 2013, Chad worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager & Culture Captain at Road Ranger LLC, overseeing staff recruiters responsible for staffing employee positions at convenience store and Subway franchise locations in multiple states. Chad M. achieved an annual staffing of over 950 positions each year and managed the "Manager in Training" Program.

In 2013, Chad joined Aggregate Industries as an Operations - RMX Dispatch Manager, where they focused on improving operations, decreasing turnaround times, and ensuring customer satisfaction through order processing and dispatch accuracy.

Currently, Chad works at Ozinga as the Operations- Ready Mix Dispatch Manager, a position they have held since 2014. In this role, they lead a team that remotely coordinates operations and manages employees at multiple plant locations, utilizing the latest technology and software to ensure on-time deliveries.

Overall, Chad M. Smits has gained extensive experience in operations management, customer service, photography, ministry, and human resources throughout their professional journey.

Chad M. Smits completed their high school education at Holland Christian High School from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they pursued a general education with a focus on general studies. Following high school, Chad M. Smits enrolled in Trinity Christian College from 1990 to 1994. Chad M. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in General Music, with a minor in Special Education.
