Howard Livingston Jr.

Howard Livingston Jr. has extensive experience in the construction and materials industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality Control at Ozinga since December 2018. Prior to this role, Howard worked as a Field Sales Representative at GCP Applied Technologies from March 2016 to December 2018 and held various positions at W.R. Grace, including National Field Service Manager from April 2012 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Vulcan Materials Company and a range of roles at CEMEX from 1997 to 2011, including RS Admin and Plant Manager. Howard's career began at Florida Rock Industries, where responsibilities included operating a front-end loader and batching concrete. Howard completed education at Polk State College from 2012 to 2014.
