Justin Alexander Ozinga

Justin Alexander Ozinga currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer and President of Ozinga and Ozinga Ready Mix, with ongoing board membership at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association since January 2023. Ozinga is a former candidate for Mayor of Frankfort, a position pursued from September 2024 to March 2025. Previous roles include President and Board Member of Reclaim13, focused on protecting children from commercial exploitation, and leadership positions at the Illinois Ready Mixed Concrete Association and Ozinga Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. A graduate of Westmont College with a BA in Economics and Business, Ozinga also has past academic experience at Trinity Christian College.
