Liz Venhuizen

Liz Venhuizen has a diverse work experience in various roles within the transportation/trucking/railroad industry. Liz started their career at Cimarron Construction Company as an Accountant, where they worked for over a decade. Liz then joined Ozinga in 2003, initially as a Controller where they supervised office personnel and prepared financial statements. Later, they became the Equipment and Compliance Manager, overseeing a fleet of 500+ heavy equipment and managing licensing and permitting. In 2010, Liz joined V & K Management, Inc. as the Vice President, responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance, driver management, equipment purchases, and financing. Additionally, they served as President, specializing in aggregate trucking and bulk material transportation. In 2017, Liz returned to Ozinga as the Financial Controller, leveraging their negotiation and sales skills. Liz then transitioned into the role of Director of Insurance.
