Lum Sadiku

Lum Sadiku is the Director of Energy and Sustainability at Ozinga since September 2021, previously holding the title of Energy and Sustainability Manager. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting energy performance, water consumption, waste diversion rates, and financial trends, along with performing site audits and energy analyses to enhance building efficiency and promote renewable resources. Additionally, Lum Sadiku is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers, contributing to a global network focused on sustainable energy practices. Lum Sadiku holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering from the University for Business and Technology.
