Alexander Tugarin

Alexander Tugarin has a strong background in marketing and management. Alexander currently holds the position of Head of Marketing at Ozon Fintech. Prior to their current role, they served as Head of Marketing at Mail.ru Group and was responsible for E-com Growth. Before that, they worked at Rostelecom as the Head of B2C Marketing and later as the Deputy Chief Marketing Officer. Tugarin also has experience at Yandex, where they served as the Marketing Group Head for Core Business and as a Marketing Manager. Their early career includes roles at Dentsu Group Russia as the Digital Special Projects Leader and as a Senior Account Manager.

Alexander Tugarin completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing at the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics from 2005 to 2009. Alexander then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Commerce and Marketing at the same university from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they attended the Dentsu Network Asia Innovation College to study Communication design, however, it is unclear if they completed a degree at this institution.
