Erika Knaus

Erika Knaus has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Erika started their career in 2014 as a Consultant at ANCOR, where they worked until an unspecified date in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Erika worked as a Consultant Executive Search at Magnit Retail Chain. Erika then moved on to CRAFTER TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS, where they served as the Head of Recruitment from August 2019 to May 2021. In 2021, they joined Magnit again, this time as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, until January 2023. Currently, Erika is the Head of Executive Search at OZON.ru, a position they have held since November 2023.

From 2007 to 2013, Erika Knaus attended Kuban State University (KubSU) and studied Social Psychology, earning a degree in the field.
