Meenakshi Aditya

Meenakshi Aditya currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of CRM at Ozone Group since January 2022, overseeing collections, escalation processes, and the entire CRM operations. Prior to this role, Meenakshi held the position of Senior Manager CRM at SJR Prime Corporation Pvt Ltd from October 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing customer complaints, the agreement process, banking, registration, and handover procedures. Meenakshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from BMS College, completed between 2000 and 2005, and completed high school education at the Women's Peace League from 1990 to 2000.
