Mahlaqa Babar

Mahlaqa Babar is a Talent Lead at Ozoned Digital, where responsibilities include overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, from headhunting to onboarding and offboarding, as well as preparing, updating, and implementing policies since November 2021. Prior to this role, Mahlaqa served as a Marketing Executive at Value Marketing from June 2021 to November 2021, managing various client accounts and handling inbound and outbound sales. Mahlaqa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Media Studies from the Lahore School of Economics, completed in May 2021.
