Dipti Sawant is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Corporate Functions and Emerging Markets at SUN PHARMA since November 2025, Dipti has previously held significant roles at Mondelēz International as Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Kenvue as Lead TA Partner for India, and at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health as Lead TA Partner India.
