Garima Gayatri is a seasoned communication and content marketing professional with extensive experience in global growth strategies and community engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Content (Global Growth) at Ozonetel, Garima leads initiatives to enhance brand presence through various media channels, engages with industry leaders on the Humans of CX Podcast, and drives customer and product marketing efforts. Garima's previous roles include hosting podcasts, founding The Story Bar, and working in communications and content development at various organizations, including RedM The Movement, Smile Foundation, and Imhotep LLC. Garima holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Delhi University and a Master's degree in the same field from Magadh University.
