Radhika Viswanathan

Radhika Viswanathan possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director and Head of Human Resources at Ozonetel Communications. Radhika is also a Governing Council Member at WE - Women Inclusive in Technology and has held roles at Finastra as a Geo People Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Previous positions include Senior Manager for Projects at Allianz, where responsibilities spanned Strategic HR, CSR, and creating great workplaces, as well as roles in Corporate Management Services and assisting the COO. Radhika holds a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a certification in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
