Robin Foote is an experienced business executive, consultant, private investor and corporate director. She currently serves on the Boards of Avalara, Inc., OtoNexus Medical Technologies and Saturna Trust Company, and on the Advisory Board of Kineta Therapeutics, Inc. She is President of St. Paul’s Academy’s Board of Trustees and past Treasurer and Board member of the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation. Previously, she has served as a Director of more than a half-dozen public and private companies (all of which have been successfully sold or merged) as well as on the Boards of a wide variety of volunteer organizations.
In her corporate career, Robin was an early pioneer and ongoing champion of the use of analytically derived insights to create customer and shareholder value, leading development and implementation of programs and initiatives that collectively contributed billions in bottom-line benefit over time. She began her consulting career with McKinsey & Company, and subsequently pursued a career in financial services, culminating in her appointment as Group EVP and CMO for Bank of America in 1997. Following the merger with NationsBank, she opted to return to consulting and established her own firm (Randolph Partners) which she subsequently merged into Novantas, LLC, where she served as a partner through 2012.
Ms. Foote graduated magna cum laude from Smith College with a degree in Economics and with High Distinction and as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School, where she was also inducted into the Century Club.
