Doug Vigneau

Doug Vigneau is an experienced environmental compliance professional with over 33 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Environmental Compliance Manager at P.J. Keating Company since June 2019, Doug ensures the company meets environmental standards, collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Doug was a Senior Environmental Planner/Scientist at HDR and a Senior Project Manager at VHB. Doug has extensive expertise in permitting land development projects, particularly those involving complex regulatory processes. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Director at BSC Group and an Environmental Analyst/Planner in the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act office. Doug holds an MS in Environmental Studies from Ohio University and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
