Tracey Fletcher has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Tracey began their career in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant at Techworld. Tracey then moved on to Kelly Services as an Assistant Staff Team Member in 1995 and General Motors as an Assistant Staff Team Member in 1996. In 1997, they joined Handleman Company as a Human Resources Organizational Development and Learning professional and an Assistant Vice President, Account Executive Wal-Mart Customer Team. In 2008, they joined Root Inc., a part of Accenture, as a Senior Director Talent Management & Leadership Development and a Director, Leadership & Manager Development. In 2021, they became the Chief People Officer of Wallbank Industrial, P.J. Wallbank Springs, Inc., and Edison Manufacturing and Engineering. In 2022, they joined Chief as a Chief Member.
Tracey Fletcher completed a BA in History at the University of Michigan between 1993 and 1997. Tracey is currently pursuing an MBA at Walsh College, which they started in 2008 and is still in progress. Tracey also attended CVHS, though no degree or field of study is specified. In addition, they obtained a Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in February 2019.
