Nikki Azzara is the Founder/CEO of P.S. Snacks Company, a company that uses real-food ingredients to modernize nostalgic treats. Nikki discovered their gluten intolerance while studying at Wake Forest University in 2013. In 2018, Nikki joined the Peapod UNFI Advisory Board as a Board Member.
Nikki Azzara received their Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University between 2010 and 2014. In 2012, they also attended New York University in Florence, Italy. Prior to that, they attended St. Andrew’s Episcopal School from 2006 to 2010.
