Robert Ayala

Robert Ayala, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at P.W. Gillibrand Co., Inc. since January 2018, bringing extensive experience in HR management. Previously, Robert held the position of Manager Plant Administration & Human Resources at National Cement Company of California, Inc. from August 2017 to January 2018, and served as Human Resources Manager at Vulcan Materials Company from March 1998 to April 2017. In these roles, Robert successfully provided HR support to over 1,000 employees in the West Region, overseeing key functions such as compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, and labor relations.
