Silvana Alcantara is a Project Engineer at P1 Group, Inc., with experience dating back to June 2021. Previously, Silvana served as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from June 2020 to June 2021, where responsibilities included preparing design packages for vendor piping and managing a crew of over 30 craftworkers. Prior to this, Silvana was a Student Assistant for the Multicultural Engineering Program, coordinating events and managing social media, and completed an internship at P1 Group, Inc. focusing on project documentation and site walkthroughs. Silvana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and a high school diploma from Turner High School. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, InEight Progress, and Universal Plant Viewer, Silvana also possesses working knowledge of OSHA safety protocols.
